Weddings that feel like a long golden evening

Marigold Hour plans intimate weddings in Bali and the islands nearby, for couples who care more about the people than the spectacle.

Couple walking hand in hand across misty hills

We plan one wedding a weekend and never more. That leaves time to walk the venue with you twice, to taste the menu until it feels right and to stand at the back on the day, making sure your grandmother has a cushion and the band starts on time.

Ceremonies under open skies

Cliff gardens, rice terraces and quiet beaches. We scout every place at the hour you will marry, so the light falls exactly where it should.

How we plan together

Twelve months, give or take, from the first coffee to the last dance. Here is the path we walk with every couple.

Couple holding hands

A first coffee

You tell us how you met, who you cannot imagine the day without and what you would rather skip. We listen and take a lot of notes.

Finding the place

We shortlist three venues that fit your guest list and your budget, then walk them with you at golden hour.

Ten months before
Long table with candles, dried flowers and glassware

The look and the feel

Flowers, tables, music and food come together in a single mood board, so every supplier is designing the same evening.

Six months before
Bride holding a bouquet in warm light

The week of

Final walk throughs, a rehearsal and a printed timeline for everyone involved, down to the minute the cake is cut.

Seven days before
