Get found on Google and in AI answers
People look for businesses on Google, Google Maps and now on AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. We make sure they find you, and that what they read makes them get in touch.
Our view
Search is where people tell you exactly what they want. We would rather rank for the ten searches that bring customers than for the thousand that bring the curious. And because AI tools now answer many of those searches directly, we work on both the results page and the AI answer above it.
45%
of consumers now use ChatGPT or other AI tools for local recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier.
8%
of Google visits led to a click on a regular result when an AI summary appeared, compared with 15% without one.
70%
more likely to visit a business with a complete Google Business Profile, according to Google.
How Google and AI tools decide who to show
For local searches, Google says results are mainly based on three things. Relevance is how well your profile matches the search, distance is how far you are from the person searching, and prominence is how well-known you are4. You cannot move your shop closer. You can improve relevance and prominence.
For everything else, Google looks at whether a page answers the search well, whether the site can be trusted and whether it is easy to use. Clear pages, honest content, fast loading and mentions from respected sites all help.
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity build answers from pages they can read and sources they trust. Businesses described the same way on their website, Google profile, reviews and other sites are easier to recommend. Researchers found content optimised for AI engines can be up to 40% more visible in their answers5.
- Built with
- Technical SEO, structured data, content, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, reviews and an llms.txt file for AI tools.
Mistakes we fix most often
- Chasing broad keywords that bring visitors who never buy
- An incomplete or outdated Google Business Profile
- Reviews left unanswered
- Different names, addresses or prices on different sites, which confuses search engines and AI tools
How the work is done
There is no official schedule for SEO, so what follows is how we usually run it, built from Google's own guidance. The first month is for looking. We get access to Search Console and your Business Profile, crawl the site the way Google would and find the searches your customers actually make, which is the same ground Google lists when it describes what a good SEO does, right through to optimizing for generative AI7. We also ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI features about you and your competitors, because more than a third of Indonesians use ChatGPT every month8.
In the first two months come the fixes nobody sees. Pages have to be open to crawlers, linked to each other and quick to load, with the important words written as text instead of hidden inside images. Google says there are no extra requirements and no special tricks to appear in its AI Overviews or AI Mode, and that any structured data should match what the page really shows9.
From around the second month to the sixth, the work turns to pages. Each one should answer a real question a customer asks, in plain words, with photos or video where they help, and never as one of a hundred near copies. Google's guide to AI search puts it simply, saying that optimizing for generative AI search is still SEO and that content does not need to be chopped into tiny pieces for AI to understand it10.
Local work never really finishes. We keep your Google Business Profile complete and accurate, and help you ask customers for reviews with a link or a QR code, never with a gift or discount, which Google strictly prohibits11. Google says local prominence draws on how many websites link to you and how many reviews you have, and that nobody can pay for a better local ranking12. Once a month we read Search Console for performance, indexing and page speed, which is about as often as Google suggests checking13, along with the Generative AI performance report it points to for AI features10.
It has worked for others
These are other companies and their published results, most of them from Google's own case studies. They are large sites and some of the work is several years old, so they show what the basics can do and should not be read as a forecast for a small business.
What it usually costs
There is no reliable survey of SEO prices in Indonesia. In a 2023 Ahrefs poll of SEO professionals, the most common monthly retainer was $501 to $1,000, charged by 20.4% of respondents, and the average hourly rate was $11121. A smaller survey of 260 mostly small agencies by SE Ranking found 64% charge under $1,000 a month22. Firms listed on Clutch for Indonesia mostly show a minimum project of $1,000 or more, but the firms write these listings themselves, so treat them as a rough sign only23.
Patience is part of the price. Google says some changes take effect in a few hours and others take several months24, and in Ahrefs polls most people put typical results at 3 to 6 months, which is opinion rather than measured rankings6. Ahrefs also found that only 1.74% of new pages reach Google's top 10 within a year, and that the average page in first place is 5 years old25.
The reward for ranking first has also changed. Ahrefs found the top result gets 58% fewer clicks on average when an AI Overview appears26. Seer Interactive found that brands cited inside the AI Overview earned 35% more organic clicks than brands that were not, though the authors say this shows a link and does not prove cause19. That is why we work on the AI answer as well as the ranking below it.
38.3%
of internet users in Indonesia find new brands through search engines, still the top channel.8
58.5%
of Google searches in the United States ended with no click at all in 2024.18
0.61%
organic click rate on informational searches with an AI Overview in September 2025, down from 1.76% in June 2024, across one agency's clients.19
89%
of consumers in the United States expect a business to reply to its reviews.20

Questions
How long does SEO take?
Most businesses see steady growth after 3 to 6 months. Fixes to an existing site can show results sooner.
What is AI search, or GEO?
Tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity now answer questions such as 'best accountant near me'. GEO, generative engine optimization, is the work of making sure they describe you correctly and recommend you. It covers your website, your reviews and other sites that mention you.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No. Nobody controls Google rankings or AI answers. We agree targets with you and report on them every month.
