Every business needs two aces.

Think of the last time you looked for somewhere to eat in a city you did not know. You searched, you opened two or three websites, and within a minute you had decided. The place you chose was probably not the best one in town. It was the one you found first and understood fastest. That minute is what we work on, for businesses of every kind, and we have been doing it for more than ten years.

The Two Aces method

The first ace, Fundamentals

Does everything you do tell the same clear story?

Marketing lives in more places than ads. It is in your offer and your prices, in the way your team answers a message, in the sign on the door and in how a customer feels on the way home. We look at all of it, inside and outside the business, and make it pull in one direction before any money goes into channels.

Seen in your brand, in search and social, in email, and in how customers and staff describe the business.

The second ace, Advancement

Is your business ready for what technology does next?

The next big step is agentic AI, assistants that can search, compare, book and follow up on their own. We build websites, systems and AI that work well today and are ready for that era, so your business keeps moving forward without starting again every few years.

Seen in your website, your tools, the work AI takes over and how easily AI assistants can find and use your business.

Fundamentals and Advancement

We call the two aces Fundamentals and Advancement. Fundamentals are the marketing foundations under everything you do, from your offer and your brand to the way your team talks about the business. Advancement is the technology that carries those foundations forward, from your website to AI agents that can search, book and follow up on their own. Together they make a strategy built to last, one that holds when platforms, algorithms and tools change.

Every business can grow online

Not long ago a customer might have walked past your door, read the sign and come in. Today the same person usually meets you first on a small screen, long before they reach your street, and sometimes an AI tool has already suggested someone else before they ever see your name.

People call this digital transformation, which makes it sound bigger and colder than it is. For most businesses it simply means that every step a customer takes, from the first search to the second visit, works as well online as it does in person, and that you can see which of those steps are working.

The shift is not slowing down. Across Southeast Asia the digital economy is on its way past three hundred billion dollars a year, and three in five people already shop online4. Even a shop that only sells in person is now chosen on a phone first.

Most businesses end up buying the pieces from different people, a designer for the website, an agency for the ads and a nephew who looks after Instagram. We would rather build them as one thing, because that is how your customers experience them.

Built for one business, never copied

Every business has its own history, its own customers and its own reasons people choose it. A website should be built around those reasons, so the first thing a visitor sees could only belong to you.

People notice, even when they cannot say why. Researchers at Google found that visitors form a gut feeling about a website in less than fifty milliseconds5, which is quicker than anyone can read a headline. In that moment the only question is whether the place feels right.

So we begin with your business. Before anything is drawn we look at your numbers, your customers and the competitors they compare you with, and we ask what someone needs to see in the first few seconds to choose you. The structure, the words and the design grow out of those answers. Underneath sits our own custom library, parts we have built, tested and improved over many projects, from booking forms to galleries and enquiry forms. Each one is tailored to your site, so it starts fast and safe without looking like anyone else's.

Built on the latest technology

Good technology is mostly invisible. Nobody thanks a website for loading quickly, yet almost everyone leaves one that does not.

Google found that more than half of mobile visitors give up on a page that takes longer than three seconds to load11. When Vodafone made its main content appear 31% faster, it sold 8% more12, and Rakuten 24 saw revenue per visitor rise by more than half after a similar round of work13. These are big companies, but the lesson travels well.

We build with Next.js and React when a business needs something made from scratch, Astro when a team publishes a lot and every page has to stay fast, Shopify for shops, Webflow or Framer for sites that change with every campaign, and Strapi when the same content has to feed a website, an app and more. None of them is right for everyone, which is why we only choose once we understand the business.

We also build for the people most websites forget. Roughly one person in six lives with a significant disability14, and nearly every popular home page still fails basic accessibility checks10. A site that works for them usually works better for everyone else as well.

Ready to put AI to work in your business

AI arrived in most businesses quietly, a chat window here and a writing tool there. The interesting part begins when it stops sitting on the side and starts doing real work.

Picture a clinic at ten o'clock at night. Someone wants to know the price of a consultation and whether there is a free slot on Thursday. In most clinics that message waits until morning, and by then the person has booked somewhere else. An AI agent that knows the clinic's prices, can see the calendar and is allowed to make the booking answers in seconds, and it says plainly that it is an AI. Nearly three in four customers now expect service around the clock18, and 72% want to know when they are talking to a machine19.

The early evidence is encouraging. In a study of customer support teams, people working with an AI assistant resolved 14% more issues every hour, and the newest staff improved the most20. We start in the same place, with the questions that get answered fifty times a week, the leads that wait too long for a reply and the numbers someone copies by hand every Friday.

Nearly 9 in 10

organizations now use AI regularly in at least one business function.

More than 10 years of experience

We have been building websites and running digital marketing for more than ten years. That is long enough to watch platforms rise and disappear, to live through more Google updates than anyone can count, and to see AI go from a curiosity to an everyday tool.

What experience mostly gives you is a sense of order. You learn which problem to fix first, which channel to ignore for now, and when to leave something alone because it is already working. Those small decisions rarely make it into a proposal, yet they decide how far a budget goes.

Here are some of the businesses we have built websites for.

  • 10+years of experience
  • 50+projects delivered
  • 8+industries served

Every developer we worked with before was in it for the money. Once the contract was signed and paid, they disappeared, and the support was poor. They built from their own point of view, and what we needed came second. With TWACE the process was the complete opposite. We saw the options up front, including the hard parts, and for the first time we have the Treelogy I always wanted it to be.

TWACE came with the spirit of a long-term partnership. They listened to my ideas and my concept, and they helped us bring them to life. Not many agencies understand how much concept and branding matter.

What we believe

  1. 01

Customers are the number that matters

Traffic, likes and rankings count only when they turn into enquiries and sales. Every report we send starts with customers.

  2. 02

    Fundamentals before tactics

Ads, posts and new tools work best on a clear brand, a clear offer and a team that tells the same story. We get those right first, because they last.

  3. 03

A website is a working tool

It should answer questions, take bookings and sell at 2 am. We judge a design by what it does for your customers as well as how it looks.

  4. 04

AI should take the repetitive work first

The same question answered fifty times a week, leads copied between tools, 800 product descriptions. That is where AI earns its place.

  5. 05

    Plain language, open numbers

If we cannot explain something simply, we have not understood it well enough. You see the same numbers we see.

  6. 06

    One business at a time

Copying another business copies its problems. We start from your customers, your numbers and your competitors.
